Respecting your Brand
Your brand is your visual representation to the world and we know that occasionally the public may attempt to replicate your kit design to make a counterfeit product - we keep in mind your style and brand and refuse to recreate any item that could easily be confused.
We are also keen on copyright protection and will not replicate copyrighted graphics without licensed or expressed permission from the copyright holder.
Mock-Ups
Having a visual before you commit to a design is important as it's our road map to making your product what you need it to be. We offer a full Mock-Up service for our organisational partners as well as physical mock ups to aid in your decision of what graphic placement, colour theme and items work for you.
Quotation Service
If you are an organisation or need a price on a specific order please contact us by e-mail where we can provide you with a personal quote. We offer special rates for organisations and trainers.
Our lead times vary from item to item depending on how many are being requested. We try to keep our stocks at a good level but garments and bags have to be specially ordered from one of our local stockists due to limited space in our warehouse.
Not Just Assistance Dogs
We provide customised gear to Therapy Dog organisations, Schools, Working Search & Rescue teams and training companies.
The head office of any organisation or training facility will be the ones responsible for putting orders through - we do not accept orders from individuals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
