Your First Vest? Avoid These Issues.

There is a design trap that some of us fall into when we design our very first vest, I know I did.

We think that by adding a lot of information that the public will understand our unique needs and respect our personal boundaries of the "Do not Distract" or "Access Required By Law" mottos that grace vests up and down the country. The more I add, the better it'll be, right?

My first vest even said "Speaking to Handler Causes Stress" because I suffer with C-PTSD hoping that would give people the heads up "I don't communicate well."

I quickly found out a few of my social anxieties could have been somewhat reduced if I designed my vest a bit better or listened to advice that Mrs. Wuffable was trying to give me right off the bat - did I listen? No.

I'll walk you through a bit of my story and things to consider in the hope that you avoid some of the problems I made so that you can make your vest something you can be both proud of and happy to use for years to come.

So with that, I do hope that you find this information useful!
May you have many happy adventures with your dog.

All the best,
